Overlooking the pool, our sauna offers a space to slow down, reset and recharge. Whether you’re warming up before a swim or unwinding afterwards, it’s designed to support both body and mind.

With space for up to 16 people, the sauna is an intimate, relaxed setting to enjoy the benefits of heat therapy, from easing muscle tension and supporting recovery to promoting a sense of calm and wellbeing. Paired with cold water immersion, it creates a powerful contrast experience that leaves you feeling refreshed and rebalanced.
