Fresh air, open water and plenty to discover. From paddleboard yoga and swim coaching to family activities, community sessions and dip + sips, Hilsea Lido brings together movement, wellbeing and outdoor fun for everyone.

Adult Swim Coaching | Tuesdays + Thursdays

Build confidence, improve technique and train with expert guidance. Our small-group coached sessions are designed to develop skills, fitness, open water ability and confidence in cold water.

Paddleboard Yoga | Fridays (from 12 June)

Move, stretch and reset on the water. Our floating yoga sessions combine mindful movement, fresh air and balance in a unique outdoor setting. Suitable for all abilities - your own paddleboard is required.

Dip + Sip | Wednesday mornings

A relaxed community session for wellbeing, connection and conversation. Dip, swim and sauna plus a hot drink. A welcoming space to connect, reset and start the day well, with new people very welcome.

Masterclass with Olympian Katy Sexton | Wednesday evenings

17 June | 15 July | 19 Aug | 23 Sept. Train with Portsmouth local and former olympic swimmer. Small-group sessions focused on technique, confidence and cold water swimming.

Giant Inflatable Sessions | Weekend afternoons

Climb, bounce, slide and splash your way around our giant inflatable obstacle course. Action-packed, high-energy fun for kids, families and competitive friends alike.

Cold Water Swim Induction | Various Weekdays

Learn how to acclimatise, practise safe cold water swimming, build confidence and discover the physical and mental benefits of cold water swimming outdoors.
