Overlooking the pool, our sauna offers a space to slow down, reset and recharge. Whether you’re warming up before a swim or unwinding afterwards, it’s designed to support both body and mind.
Please note: The sauna is closed between 10am and 4pm during the school summer holidays.
With space for up to 16 people, the sauna is an intimate, relaxed setting to enjoy the benefits of heat therapy, from easing muscle tension and supporting recovery to promoting a sense of calm and wellbeing. Paired with cold water immersion, it creates a powerful contrast experience that leaves you feeling refreshed and rebalanced.

Please arrive no more than 30 minutes before your booked session and no later than 30 minutes after your booking start time. Arriving outside of this window may mean we can’t admit you, unless you’ve contacted us in advance due to exceptional circumstances.
Yes. Our lockers require a padlock, so please remember to bring your own to keep your belongings secure during your visit.
Yes, for your safety:
Please leave the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, lightheaded or unwell.
If you are pregnant, taking medication, or have any medical condition (including heart or blood pressure conditions), please consult a doctor before using the sauna.
Sauna use is not recommended if you are unwell, have a fever, or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
We recommend bringing water to stay hydrated and a towel to sit on. Please remove jewellery and glasses before entering.
Yes, but please add water one ladle at a time.
Please wear swimwear and sit on a towel during your session.
We recommend limiting sessions to 10–20 minutes at a time and taking breaks in between.
